Sarah Cohen: We’re actually going to be doing two projects – painting and carpeting.

SW: That’s awesome. Will you be doing just one room or multiple rooms?

SC: We’ll be doing multiple rooms. Our whole house will be painted. As for carpeting, we are having our stairs, hallway and upstairs bedroom done. I’m really excited to get started!

SW: I bet it’s going to look great. Can you tell me how you heard about ServiceWhale?

SC: My brother told me about it. I wasn’t 100% sure what we were going to do when we first started so I was talking to him about it. A friend of mine had already given me the number of a contractor but I figured I would give ServiceWhale a try.

SW: What was your experience like generating quotes on ServiceWhale?

SC: Generating quotes on ServiceWhale was very easy. I ended up sending my contact information to Colonial Flooring because they had a great price and they’re just a few minutes from my house. When Brian called me, he was so nice and I booked him to do my carpet. In fact, I’m heading there today to drop off my deposit.

Overall, I really liked having the ability to find a contractor using ServiceWhale. It was perfect for me because I lose motivation quickly when it comes to stuff like this. Having all the information in one place to look at, including prices, was a big help. It was so much easier and faster than searching the internet for contractors and then having to Google each one to see reviews.

SW: Would you use ServiceWhale again in the future?

SC: Yes I would definitely use ServiceWhale in the future, it was a positive experience for sure.
